Bought a trailer and need to redo some plumbing. For some reason the former owners have the bathroom sink draining going into the dark holding. Have to empty more often if we use that sink and I really need a diagram for the plumbing lines. Would also like to switch to a 110 electric stove top (not the oven) since the old gas lines are likely pretty shot, a little scary. Any help would be great!

Your trailer was probably biuilt this way. No grey tank
If they plumbed it into the black it was because the rules came out in the 1980s we couldnt drop or run the sink water on the ground.
If it has grey tank that too will be a later retro fit.
Anyway there was no diagram printed by the manufacturer for your plumbing. To many floor plans etc.
As to the LPG system. Your 50 year old stove is the safest appliance in the unit. Have it tested by a skilled tech. Make sure he tests and inspects the safety of your furnace Upgrade the LPG regulator and use it. And use the trailer.
There is not any RV park that really provides enough Electricity to run a 120 volt stove (240 volt Actually) It will take 100% of a 50 amp service at an RV park to run.

ATTN: BUBBA THE BUS TECH We do plan on using the trailer as a rental unit for a single person so it will not be going anywhere. The stove is in really bad shape, the oven doesn't bake evenly and the burners can't get hot enough to even boil water. I would like to buy a new one but haven't been able to find any. I live in Shelton WA if that helps.
