Something electrical getting hot John Pettijohn 7-7-15
I have a 2007 Discovery 39L and The frame is a 2006 Freightliner. Problem, When plugged into shore line and when I open the door to electrical it smells like something is getting hot. Lug light (I can not find what this is or where it is at searching on the net) fuse appears to be getting hot to the touch. The converter was replaced last year and the fan comes on a lot. We recently purchased and installed a new circuit board because it had a melted wire on the back side. Also we can not get the main battery switch to disconnect the batteries. Any suggestions.
Re: Something electrical getting hot BUBBA THE BUS TECH 7-8-15
You have a serious electrical problem(s), a fire may result with serious harm to the occupants.

Remove the hot fuse.

Get a skill tech to come look at it.

The fan on converter cutting in is directly related to 12 volt power use, so its probably related to your hot fuse.
