1988 F250 Ford truck ran out of gas Kaleb 10-25-09  
My truck ram out of gas! I put 6 gallons in the tank and it started but died immediately. Tried this numerous times. The fuel pump is running ok, is there something I don't know? Someone said something about an Enitera Switch??? HELP??

Its gas! I tried turning it over and it will start for a few seconds and then it dies. When I try to start it, it sputters and dies.

Wild guess: Running out of fuel stired up the crud in the botom of the tank and plugged the fuel filter. Good Luck

Check the relay in the right side of the pass side theres a pannel that has a relay its 5 bucks that happened to mine replaced every thing but that found out it was that simple its green if i rember right its been a few years sense i got rid of the old girl
