Kohler won't stay running Bill A. 10-6-08
My Kohler r.v. generator will only run when holding the starter switch on. Is this a typical problem with a simple fix or can it be traced to a particular part? I have seen many posts on this, but no real answers. Please Help.

I am having the same problem as Bill A My Kohler will only run when holding down the start switch.

There are several things that can cause this, It is a safety that Kohler built in to there unit to keep from tearing up other components. Causes: low oil pressure, high temp., no A/C output. We need to determine what is sending the fault and correct that.
