GENERATOR WAS RUNNING, THEN STOPPED FOR NO APPARENT REASON. ALL 12 VOLTS LIGHTS WENT OUT ALSO. CHECKED SEVERAL PLACES, NO 12 VOLTS COMING FROM HOUSE BATTERIES.
ENGINE STARTED, BUT HAD TO JUMPER FROM POS ON ENGINE BATTERY TO TERMINAL ON BLACK RELAY UNDER HOOD IN FRONT OF DRIVER, RIGHT BELOW FUSE BOX. 12 VOLTS COMING INTO RELAY ON RIGHT SIDE, BUT NOT ON LEFT. RELAY CLICKS WHEN PRESSING AUX STRT BUTTON. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?????????????
Most likely the aux relay is no good
have sombody push the switch on the dash while you check for voltage on both sides of the relay. voltage should be about the same on both sides
and when they let go of the switch one side will drop.that is if it is working
right. sometimes it will click but wont engage, because the contacts inside of the relay are burnt.if this is the case, then push the switch multi times fast, sometimes it will clean off the contacts and start working again.
