You may have a transfer switch problem. I can't remeber when the current style of converter became popular but the old style has a relay inside that switches the converter power supply on or conects the unit to battery power when you are not pluged in. I have seen these go bad quite frequently, The other problem could be a blown or failed breaker in the trailer wiring. This is not where the other fuses are that you have already checked. Start by following the wires from your battery to find them. If you converter guts have gone bad they may be repairable but it would probably be easier and more reliable to pay the 2 or 300 to upgrade to a current type converter. Good Luck |
