No power inside the RV by Cesar
Post New Message The last time we went camping we paid a little extra to be able to use the electicity and water hookups. I simply plugged an extension cord from the hookup to the RV and was able to use all the lights and extensions...very cool. When we went home we were cleaning out the RV and noticed that the lights that run on the marine battery did not work along w/the water pump.

I took the RV to Sears thinking that the marine batter was dead but when they hooked it up to the battery tester it was in good shape.

The RV is built on a 1983 Chevy Van platform so I checked all the fuses underneath the stearing wheel and they all looked good along w/the contacts on the marine battery.

I'm sure I was suppose to do something prior to hooking up the power but wanted to find out if anyone had any ideas as to why I do not have power from the marine battery? Any idea on repair estimates?
