Batterys frank 5-15-08
After parking my 06 fleetwood jamboree for a week or more my chasis batery goes dead. The house batterys stay charged. There is a slight drain going out of the chasis battery. Why would it just drain out of the chasis battery?frank
Re: batterys BUBBA THE BUS TECH 5-15-08
It sounds like something is on, a hood light, a compartment light, a stereo amp, inverter, that kind of thing. To track it down I would track all the draws back. The way I have done it in the past with limited tools is disconect the battery and wire my test light between the post and cable. If it lights, indicating a draw start pulling fueses untill the light goes out. I used to have a test light with a six volt bulb for this stuff for when the draw was quite low. It just could be the battery, disconect it once it is charged and come back in a week. Good Luck
