No power to appliances on generator power Ed Dove 5-12-08  
I have a 1988 Holiday Imperial, 33' Motor Home. I can not get power to my appliances when the generator is running. No problem when RV is plugged in, but no power from generator. What is my problem? Thanks

With out genset info I am guesing. Buit here goes. Need to check for generator output on both legs or sides. Most gensets splt 240 volt into to 120 volt supplies. One side could be dead. Then need to check transfer switch. If it won,t change over after the 30 seconds or so it is set for you will need to either repair or change. Good Luck

Check the circuit breakers "on" the side of the generator---they might be tripped

I was pluged in to ac power un pluged and started the gen up went in & no ac micwave r wall plugs but rear ac works fine cut of the gen pluged back in to ac plug and ever things fine checked breakes inside & out but still wont work on the gen 1993 winn brave 31 rq with 6500 onan help please thanks
