I have a 91 southwind with a ford 460 in it.went to start it after winter, started and ran rough for few seconds, re-started ran for few seconds and quit.
now will not start,I have power to the coil but when I turn the engine over the fuel pump does not come on and there is no spark from the coil, there is no power going to the enersha switch jumpered the fuel pump at that switch and it does work, all the fuses look good, do not know where fusable links are if any. ran great when I parked it
can anyone help

The problem is not inthe coil, your distrubtor sends a signal to the control box and tells it when to spark, if the sending unit in the dist. is bad (no spark) it could be in ether 1.
