Post New Message The problem with my 1999 P-30 Chevy motorhome was the rod boot on the hydrobooster was out of place and allowed road grime, etc. to cause excessive friction and held the rod down or out energizing the brake. The rod was cleaned and boot repositioned to solve this issue.
