Auto Park Brake Randy Puckett 8-5-07
I have purchased a 2005 Winnebago Sightseer w/Work Horse Chassis...4500 miles on vehicle...Stopped for gas and it would not shift out of park...The auto Park brake would not release...It was full of fluid, but did show that it was leaking...Had to have it towed! My question is..is this a fixable problem or an on going problem? Thanks for any answers!!!

Hey Rich, Thanks for the info. I do have my MH in a shop right now...It is still under warranty...just not many Work Horse Dealers in VA...You would think that with only 4,500 miles it, that I should not be having these problems. Thanks Again, Randy

Hello Randy
to bad you didn't know I live in Va too-
I have a new "green switch" right here "at my house, that's what leaks
have them check the solenoid that is under the dash --they stick--the brake petal operates it---so you can shift out of park
rich in Va.

Rich, could you get in touch with me? I have had mine lock up on me twice, once to blow the AA fuse and very low on fluid. I replaced the fluid and the fuse, then drove about 10 miles and it locked up on me again with fluid showing on the ground. I need to get under it to find the leak but don't have info or part numbers.

Rich, Where in VA do you live? I am in Hopewell...20 miles SE of Richmond. Randy

Having same problem with auto park brake on workhorse chassis with 15,000.
My broblem is intermittent so I never know if I'm going to make it to my destination. Fluid is full and fuse is good. I was thinking about replacing all sensors. Any thoughts?
