Post New Message If the brake is not holding and needs adjustment, don't adjust it at the actuator. The brake shoes should be adjusted at the drum on the driveline just behind the transmission. There are two slots in the drum and the adjuster is at app 11:30. Align one of the slots with adjuster and adjust like any wheel brakes. Just be aware that the shoes are installed on a concentric and if they are a little too tight, the brakes will lock up in reverse.
