REAR BRAKE SQUEAL&HARD STOPPING BUCKY 7-8-06  
I have a 2000 34ft Condor r-vision motorhome.It has only 11000 miles on it.It acts like you need a lot of brake pressure to get stopped.I have also been hearing some brake squeal from the rear brakes.Thanks.

I personally recommend you have the rear braks looked at--calipers may be sticking and as for the hard stopping old "dark" brake fluid may be the cause as well.Ford recommends changing fluid every 2 years---i also would recommend the same No matter what your unit is from

It sounds like your brake needs to be adjusted if is drum brakes if is disc brakes you need change pads and mabe rotors
