Anti-lock brake systems? by Knut Bjerkan

Here in Europe there is a requirement that all 5th-wheel, electric brakes now be fittet with anti-lock or anti-skid brake systems, ABS.
Has anyone Statesides, heard of anyone manufacturing a anti-lock controller system for el-brakes?
Later this year there is a new regulation going into effect stating: that if the tow-vehicle has ABS then the trailer also must have ABS!
We have a lot of work to do over here trying to comply with these new regulations!
