Stop/ brake light switch david 2-1-06  
I am looking for a stop / brake ligh switch on 1977 dodge M400 motorhome chassis. i do have the dodge parts mumber for switch thanks

Hi, Dave. I'm not familiar with the M400, but you usually find the switches either under the dash at the brake pedal arm,if it's a mechanical switch or on or near the master cylinder if it's a pressure switch. Hope this helps. Rich

Thanks Rick I do know ware stop/brake light switch is on the chassis it out side on the chassis I looking replace it becuse its working no more. Just need get a new one. The part number form dodge is 2824 550

Dave, If it's a mechanical pressure switch I know that a lot of the IH chassis used the same switch as Dodge, but IH stock numbers. You may be able to track one down though them. Rich

Try mill supply at millsupply.com i had to order my stop/brake light switch form them. went in there look under step vans. the dodge part number not work i try it once
