PARKING BRAKE 92 BOUNDER HELP!!!!!	ryan	7-6-05
My 92 Bounder will not go into park. The light comes on but it still rolls. Has anyone had a similar problem or know what I should be looking for? Thanks for any help.

It is failure of the brake that clamps the driveshaft. That's how "park" works on your coach. You should see this brake right behind the transmission.

In regards to your unit not going in park. There is a valve inside the frame back near the park brake on drivers side that is operated by a cable.I oiled up the cam leaver on the valve and then work the shifter a few times and it works.Hope it does for you. Doug Dowling 92 Bounder Pusher
