1954 Mack Power Boost Brakes Kevin 10-7-04  
We have a 1954 Mack Truck with brake problems. The brake pedal is hard, but there just isn't anything there. You can hear the vacuum operating though. If you are moving slow and push the brakes, it will kill the engine. There is some wetness around the master cylinder. So my question is, Master Cylinder, or Vacuum booster?
