I bought a 1980 Dodge Diplomat class A.It drove out fine but after being basically parked for a year of renos it is showing brake problems.It seems like the rear brakes are locked.Would moving it around the yard cause the brake adjusters to over tighten or should I be looking in a different direction.I am hoping someone's experience will save me some time ripping into the back brakes. Thanks in advance.
