Emergency Brake Adjustment - Robert Hazzard 12-8-02
How can I adjust the emergency brake ?
Brake pedal goes to the floor. Coach brakes are fine on Pace Arrow 96 Ford.
Re: Emergency Brake Adjustment - Phil S. 7-16-17
I have a 96' pace arrow vision. The emergency foot brake travels to the floor and coach will roll on an incline/decline. Drives freely in drive and reverse. I tried pawl adj. at trans. brake drum with no positive results except for autopark light staying on all of the time with ign. on. I 'm sure it's a p30 chassis. Is this a cable or hydraulic brake set or a combination of both? I've read several blogs about this situation without finding a definitive answer. Also my jacks down light stays down although jacks are up. Any help would sure be appreciated.

Just replaced the rear shoes on my 2002 Ford Ranger Edge 4x4 standard, drums look good. The pedal travels almost to the floor, is there any adjustment that I can make? I am an Industrial mechanic but I don't see how, damm byfocals don't help either.
