What is stopping ratio for RV weights? Cyrus 3-10-17
This may be too technical a question, but here goes:

1) In general, what is the stopping distance for, say a Class A RV of 35 ft.?

2) Is there a formula for calculating so I don't have to ask for every RV i look to buy?

Appreciate your insight on my general question. I know there are many parameters to consider (like, if I'm pulling a toad), but wanted a ballpark and way to calculate in the future.

You will have to go looking for that info.

Any salesman who claims to know probably just lied to you.

And if you were the chassis manufacturer you could do some basic math to get the stopping distances.

Good Luck
