B700 Parking Brake Mike 2-7-11
Hello All,

I have a 1982 Ford B700 Schhol bus we converted to an RV. We have the 370CI gas engine. What I am looking for is the emegency/parking brake assembly that bolts to the rear of the transmission. We had ours rebuilt a while back and the shop could not figure out how to fix the E-brake so they pretty much gutted it. Any suggestions as to where to find a replacement, or more info such as schematics, etc? I am in the New Orleans area.

Look at a similar GM shaft parking brake on Fleetwood Motorhomes.

Newer units are called Auto-park---
they have Hydraulic controls NOT the same.as yours.
