Brake adjustment on autopark drum Robert 4-30-10
Has anyone adjusted the autobrake pads, or what ever they are, and can you pass this info to me? My emergency brake and my autopark brake does not hold my motorhome in place.

I have ordered manuals on this chassis (P30) from autobooks.msn. The books are expensive ($328.26) but are supposed to be at the shop repair level. Hope this gets to you, tried to answer someone else and the sever would not process the response. There is a free download @ Work horse.com for the service manual, does provide theory of operation of the systems. Hope this helps.

Yep i have. there's a slot onv the drum. pull out the rubber seal. rotate the slot to right around the eleven oclock angle. thats on the drivers side of the trans. take a light and look in there. you'll see a standard brake adjusting device. rotate clockwise. or bottom to top until you think your good. i did it with the driveline removed so the drum would rotate freely. so i could feel the tension. easy as one two three. took all of twenty minutes.
