|Brakes don't release||JBS||3-21-10|
|I have an '83 GMC/ Bluebird, 366 gas engine/ 5spd tran. I've had this problem ever since I bought it 10 years ago. At random times one brake doesn't release. Might be associated with hard braking, not sure. Used to be a rear but new calipers and lines seemed to cure it. Last year it was rt front. Replaced caliper, seemed ok. Yesterday it happened to the rt front again. If it was master or booster wouldn't it happen to 2 corners at once? New hoses and through flushing are next. Anything else I should consider?|

|Replace the flex hoses---they all have a tendency to collapse and act as a check valve NOT letting the fluid go back =to the master cyl.excessive braking (heat) the fluid (DOT3) brake fluid actually boils.further holding the caliper pressurised,& destroying the flex lines from more heat.|
