Dax, I had a similar problem when I bought my Superior some 12 years ago. Mine is a Dodge but brakes are similar. What I found was that the rear adjuster on the passenger side had fallen apart and would bind one shoe in reverse. The drivers side was adjusted ( not adjusted!) fully in so the brake shoes had a long way to move to do any braking. For me it turned out to be an easy fix once I understood the floating axle mechanism.
Even the Dodge manual wasn't clear on dissasembly. |
