Kelsey electric trailer brakes by Don
	Have 1997 F250 with Kelsey electric trailer brakes. Battery in truck went dead and when charged up noticed the red light stays on all the time (probably what made battery go down). Anyone know what problem is? Don't know what all the switches on the little console are for (my dad's old truck).
