	Ford has a safety feature that requires you to have your foot on the brake when you shift out of park. If you still can't shift, your brake light switch is either bad, or a broken wire there. You can shift it out of park by turning the key part way, shifting to nuteral, and then starting. That doesn't fix your brake lights though.
