Post New Message I have a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 5 speed pickup truck. Yesterday without any warning I could not change into certain gears and them I couldn't get it out of gear. I only ran it a small distance to our mechanic that feels its a transmission problem. I need to find a transmission specialist. Can you offer any advise.
