In General there are no fuses in and MCI 8 or 9, exceptions are jake brake, radio and pa systems, aftermarket tvs may have fuses. A single tv not working you need to find out if it has an individual power supply or not and try to trace it back. All the exterior lights are fed by the small two stud breakers tied to the bus-bars in the two electrical compartments. The breakers then feed the stud pannel usualy to individual sets of lights. for instance the top drivers clearance lights are fed by one wire and the centers by another. All upper rear clearance lights off one breaker and stud. Tail lights off another breaker and stud all fed off one power source froom thew front off another breaker and stud in the front electrical comp under the drivers left elbow.
THE KEY TO ALL OF THIS IS THE STICKER IN THE DOOR OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPARTMENTS MAPPING THE BREAKER LOCATIONS. It also tells you what relay runs what and all that crud. once you wrap your head around the wires all being black and that the wiring itself is pretty well built they are acctualy pretty easy to fix basic power supply problems. Remember to check the ground on all items when chasing a fault, I forget and chase my tail for hours all to often.
