1-2 almost shift	RC PEAK	5-23-05
04 2500 suburban, shifter in 1st, I excelerate at partical throttle, with out touching the shifter(still in 1st) the trans trys to shift to 2nd. It bogs down like its in both gears at once. In drive it works fine. Whats UP, thanks RC

It sounds like it is trying to shift into lock-up.

It is not tring to shift into lock up.lock up is not a shift,it si the activation of a clutch in the torque converter.take it to a reputable shop and have it checked.probably just shift solenoids
