Hey Guy's, It seems that my v731 tranny is stuck in Do Not Shift mode. does anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks Mike

You need to know what code you have. Does the check transmission light flash? If so count how many times it flashes. If it flashes 3 times pauses and then flashes 2 times, you have a code 32. It could be as simple as a speed sensor, which would be easy to replace, or you may have to go into the transmission.
