4l60E downshift problem	dean yaeger	2-9-05
I have a 1997 chevy p/u 1500 4x4 with the 4l60E tranny. Even at mid throttle it seams to upshift to soon. Then when I need a little speed it wont down shift till I floor the peddle. My question is this a transmission problem or a computer problem ? Are there any programming devices made to let you custom tune the shift points?

Sounds perfect, That is what it os sopposed to do, allthough you can get a little help with shift points if you want them be wider, VALVE BODYS mods. anmd software or I think there make serval ways to make it linger longer in lower gears, (Take it to your trans man / person and see what they say as they know the lastest and best way, and if it ius normal and they can check line pressure etc,..)
