I want to pull a pop up trailer.The book tells me 2000 lbs,With a tow pkg 3500lbs.tow pkg is heavy duty bat,elect wire full sise spare.Should I add a trans cooler to the system,and how big.The trailer will be about 2500 lbs. Thanks Bernie

I have a 99 Windstar and I installed a tranny oil cooler. It mounted in front of the radiator and hooked up with flexible hydraulic hose. The cooler came with a temperature-controlled bypass for winter driving. This allows the fluid stay warm in the tranny and not cavitate. This helps a lot especially with the problems the Windstar tranny has we need to do all we can. If you don't have air suspension you could also install it yourself. It is a cheap method of boosting your suspension capabilities. Last point, don't tow in overdrive.

Do you know of a way to turn the O.D on & leave it on? I want it to NOT be able to be tuned off. I keep accidently hitting the button and I never need it turned off, so I would just like to on all the time. (dash light off). Thanks, Phil

I have ford windstar that is firing and getting gas but wont run any help email me please. i have replaced the cat converter and the speed control sensor,spark plugs and wires. Help Neeeded Badly
