GMC 4519 trans stuck?	Dave	3-12-04
I just bought a GMC 4519 and the trans seems to be stuck. I think it might be the linkage, but I'm not even sure where the trans is. I think it's thie big thing on the right that says GM V-Trans. It won't change gears and it makes a grinding sound when I try to shift while the engine is running. Any Ideas? Where do I start? Help!!

Sounds like you might have clutch problems. Try getting the clutch adjusted, or it may need to be replaced. There might also be something wrong with the clutch linkage.
