Hi group, I have a 56 Ford school bus I've thought of converting to an RV. It has a 292/manual trans., and in 4th gear it's really singing at 55mph. Since the engine is tired anyway, should I swap this engine and tranny out for for an engine with 4sp. automatic to get it geared for highway...or does the rear end gearing need to be changed? Any help or ideas appreciated. Thanks in advance. Bob
