I have a chevy 2000 express 3/4 ton, the 1st problem, at 32000,miles trans, would slam or bang when shifting & while driving it seened like it was in 2nd or 3rd I had it checked out, oil & trans, checked ok. I took a trip & it started again,then I was goin up a steep grade, I lost over drive and reverse. now when trying reverse it will go into gear, but it makes strange noise then all the sudden goes into reverse gear after a few seconds, this happens mostly when trying to back out when on a sloap. over drive has same problem like its not goin all the way into gear, I can drive in 3,2,1 with no problemsat all? |
