I purchased a GM 4107. I had a new clutch put in. It is a 4speed wet clutch and was never built with a sincrinized clutch. It still grinds everytime I shift. I need to know if it can be modified or add something to get it to stop. Any and all info welcome. I would love a Manual, copy or I will purchase from you or whomever is will to sell one. The shop that put in the new clutch has some people working on an answer but have come up with nothing.
I would say the clutch has nothing to do with it. Its the sincrinizers in the transmision that are worn out or depanding on tranmission type it may not have aney and you will have to live with it.
The heat does not come out that well. I replaced the thermostat and is now at the temp it should be. I have a PD4107. Is there something that I am missing?
