Suplemental brakes flexible bus 1965 Roger 1-1-07  
I have a 1965 flexible bus with 3208 CAT and allison transmission, I can not find any type of braking system to make it suitable for moutain travel, any ideas

I would suggest brake shoes made with kevlar. Works of a supported fleet af cement mixers. It seems Glazing of the brake shoe is brake loss. The hardness of the levlar helps suport the weight of beiong loaded and the slow disconnect of the trans.
