Hi Dean. I am no expert but I do know that you probably have an 8-71 now.If you do I know that a 6V-92 is suppose to fit with some modification.If you already have a 8V-71 in it I would stay with that.You need to go with the V730 automatic trans.I have a 8V-71 & really like it.I myself would not spend too much money on an old coach.Mine is a 63 Prevost,36 FT,2 axel.I have the 6 speed manual,Spicer trans.Let me know what you decide to do.
