Re: motorhome bathtub by DANatVAIL
Post New Message Hi Penni,
Is your tub going into a bus or a motorhome? I recently checked out Home Depot and also Lowes. Undersized tubs are really at a premium price..."Less costs more!" I was concerned with space allocation, but want the option of laying back in a tub for a good soak. Sometimes I paln to port my bus (40' GMC RTS) at a campground where water availability and disposal will not be a concern. A standard 5' tub starts at about $100. I am actually considering a spa tub jets and all...not much bigger, and they start at only about $300! (RV suppliers like CAMPING WORLD overprice everything, like a LOT!...so I make every attempt to avoid doing business there.)If you ask around you may find an RV junkyard. There is one of these here in Denver...Cherokee RV Parts, you may want to call them and see if they have an affiliate or know of someone in your area.
