|Ceramic tile for shower walls???||John speckhals||8-31-04|
|We have found that 1 piece shower units are too tall for our ceiling. We ordered a shower base and decided to make the walls. We would like to use ceramic tile, but heard it may tend to crack. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.|

|You will be fine with tile on the walls and floor also if you want as long as it is properly installed. Use a good "backer board" like Hardibacker or equivalant and make sure your structure is sound. |
We built ours in 1991 and loose tile or cracks in the grout in the bath or kitchen countertop. This coach has seen somewhere around 150000 miles since the conversion.
