Post New Message I also have a 1990 Flexible bus. I plan on converting it also and using a 5,000 watt Inverter. That will cost me about $500. give or take a few bucks. That is the largest one that I can find so if you decide on a smaller one it will be cheaper. There are two large batteries under the bus they cost about $135 - $150 each, The 12v/24v system has two functions. The 24v system is used on some of the items in the bus, but the 12v system works just like normal. You will need to attach the inverter to just one battery. Good Luck
