Hello. W are a transit museum seeking the following Allison transmission parts to compete a restoration; all are gaskets:
552868
6750652
6774504
6833424
6835810
Any assistance you can give to us on locating these items would be greatly appreciated.
I have be looking for Allison Transmission emblems to attach to the side of my truck. These emblems have been found on some Penske GMC C6500 trucks at a local dealer. The VIN number of the vehicles I found were 1GDJ7H1E21J900760 and 1GDJ7H1E42J900336. This same dealer found some emblems that were made from black pastic which, I believe, was meant for promotional purposes; not to weather on the side of a truck. These emblems were located on each side of the hood near the C6500 emblems. The emblem that I saw on the above trucks appeared to be made from a shiny black acrylic material with silver letters, "ALLISON AUTOMATIC", and red and blue Allison symbol. The approximate size was 2.00" by 7.00". I would be interested in (3) of these emblems if I could find them. Could you, please, help to locate or provide these emblems for me or send me the Allison or GM part numbers for these emblems? Any help from you would be greatly appreciated, and I am thanking you in advance for this help.

Need good used or rebilt allison 4 speed standard transmission for 1973 gmc bus.also need to know what parts are avaiable for this type transmission. thanks larry
Just in case your still looking!
Any particular Allison 4 speed your looking for? I have an Allison AT 542 in my Motorhome with 30,000 miles on it. It came out of a Diesel pusher motorhome. I am planning on replacing it with an Allison 2200 with a lock up torque converter this Fall. It works good, just doesn't have the overdrive I want nor the lock up torque converter I need for the fuel efficiency I'm after.
I bought it when I converted my 98 Fleetwood front engine Ford EFI 460 to a 350hp 5.9L Cummins. Ass you probably know the pusher and front engine trannys are the same units.
