1 lot of 2 1958 GM - TDH 4801 buses on ebay Scott Richards 5-29-02
Ex Los Angeles buses 2363,2397. Both have been in storage for over 20 years and are as they were sold from SCRTD in 1980. I bought them about 2 years ago from a storage yard in Riverside, CA. I got both of them running and drove them to my shop which is about 20 miles. They did run and everything worked but they smoked and have all the problems associated with sitting for 20 years. Both buses would have to be towed if they were to go any distance. Both buses are basically complete. I also have a TDH 5103 that I may be selling which is in much better shape but still needs alot of work. (LAMTA 6599) I dont want to see these buses go to scrap as they are really not that bad for a person who wants a restorable old look. I will consider all trades. check them out on e-bay...
