Greetings from Maine. Hello, my name is Bob Wakefield and I own and operate a day sail charter business in Falmouth, Maine. I am looking for an old suburban (1930-1950)that I can transport 6 passengers and some light gear 2 miles (each way) to and from the boat. I don't want a museum piece but one that is rust free and running.
Thank you.
Looking for something old and affordable to use to give local historic tours of the resort town I live in. Something not real big yet able to carry 7 to 15 people.
Please provide details on your buses. Are any 4014 or clippers w/ seats. Is the surbuban a transit or charter w/o the side transit door. Looking for a bus that is mechanically sound. Need prices.

Wanted 1930's or 1940's bus with old shool lights and chrome. Condition not important. Basically need body only as it is going to be converted. Boxy front end no pushers.
Im looking for a old yellowstone park bus to restore They were made by White Motor Co. from 1936 to 1939. 16 passenger If you know of any let me know. Thanks John
I have a 1937 White Model 720 with the "Yellowstone" Body made by Bender. Actually there were about 165 made for the US National Parks System. There are at least 60 still in service or privately owned.
The one I have is restorable but needs body work. Someone has spirited away the hood and front fenders. These parts were common to all the 36-39 700 series truck chassis of any size; and whether with iron clinch rims or Bud wheels.
There are still mechanical and body parts out there. And lots of restoration savvy people. I have a copy of the White Maintenance Manual and the bus is mechanically sound.
I don't have the time or place to finish the restoration I started.
I'd like to get my $4,200 investment out of it. These are worth from 75K to 120K restored.
By the way, this bus belonged to Frankie Yankovic's Band and came from Yellowstone Park service originally.
Are you interested? Where are you? The bus is in Cleveland, Ohio.
WHAT KIND OF ANTIQUE TRANSIT BUSES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE? ARE THEY MODELS OR THE "REAL" GENUINE ARTICLE? PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK-YOU.
