Have a 1982 grumman......lokking for the best way to preheat engine.....internal block heater....where is the mounting plate? or install tank type in lower rad hose or 1000 watt oil pan magnetic type.....what are the pro's and con and perhaps a place to purchase.....live upstate NY.....definitely needs a block heater....Happy new year......roy

Live in CA, so don't need such things. 1" pipe plugs in both ends of block--your choice. Should be able to get one at any truck parts place. I assume a 6v92.
