The coach's manufacturer was there.. in the main title
M.A.N. SL 40102L and it sounded like he explained exacty what he needed to me... geez.. kinda abrasive..

My unit is a 1986 MAN(German) Bus with a MAN 6 cylinder turbo diesel and a 3 speed Renk (German) electricronic shift control transmission and a MAN differential with gear reduction in the rear hubs. The alternator and regulator are Delco. The Regulator is a Model #

Not all MAN buses used the standard MAN engine/transmission/differential setup. Also, not all MAN buses used the Delco Remy or Leece Neville alternator/charging setup.
I have a link somewhere on this infernal machine that goes to a site that dealt with MAN using Bosch 24v 3 wire electrical wiring. However, I haven't had my second cup of coffee yet, so I'll look for it after bit.
