Re: Flxible metro b shop manual. by Fred Donaher
Post New Message I had a horrible experience with Group 31s. I bought a 1993 Metro D (a rare 30-footer) a year and a half ago from someone who decided to swap battteries while drunken in the rain, and he didn't bother to tell me this until after I paid for the bus! After almost 3 months of driving back and forth a 100-mile distance to try starting and driving the bus home, I couldn't figure out the batteries for the life of me, and neither could any of the rural mechanics in the area! Sadly, I ran out of time..the land where the bus sat had been sold, and the realtor was fed up and told me to move it or lose it. So I had to sell the poor thing for scrap value, which was half what I paid for the bus. Why? Because the only tow company in the area who could haul it wanted twice what I paid for the bus. Sigh....
