Manor # 2546 2976 Just a shell with toilet. Most metal good, but has some dents and corrosion. Would like to get more than scrap price for it.

I am doing a google search... All I have is KISSICK, Spartan Manor, model #25 No year or what... I am supposed to look at this trailer in the AM... What should I know...how much is it worth? All she told me was it looks like an airstream trailer... Can anyone help me out here? Sam

Hi, I went to an Estate Sale here on the West end of Richmond, Va (Glen Allen or Short Pump, Va) They have an old farm in an area being developed and the father passed away... A SPARTAN MANOR is adjacent to the home/barn... I had done a search onlne last night... as their original info said "AIRSTREAM "STYLE" TRAILER" I DON"T KNOW THE YEAR IT IS A MODEL 25 SPARTAN MANOR That is how I found your info...along with a few other sites... COMPARED to what looked like burned out and wrecked units listed from $300-$3000...online... This one is in better shape than any I saw online...They estimated its value at $1.5K... (I don't know how??) But they need it gone! It has a few minor small dents and one small hole...one electrical light dangling and a vent pipe housing on top without the pipe...THE INTERIOR is in need of work...it has been sitting for quite a while...THEY HAVE THE TITLE...but they are still going through all the paperwork and have to find it. THEY SAID IF NO ONE BUYS IT THIS WEEKEND IT IS GOING TO THE RECYCLER... It would be a shame to lose this vintage unit... it is more than I can handle... money/space/time/health wise.
