Just purchased a hard side pop up. Can anyone help with where to get a manual or tell me what the crank is above the lower crank. Having trouble getting the sides up and the roof down Thanks

John: I we also purchased a starcraft vista hardside about a year and a half ago. The crank above the lower crank is also a crank. Its like a bike; little effort, lots of turns OR lots of effort, few turns. We also have trouble with sides and have to put up and down many times. Still trying to locate the problem. Pam
